♦ Tour and services price currency is set to USD, but you can pay in Euro or US dollars, or Egyptian Pounds. The prices quoted per person are all-inclusive and prices are always updated to ensure you receive the lowest price possible. Once your reservation is confirmed we guarantee the price will not be changed.

♦ A full payment will be required after receiving the confirmation. Payments can be issued by bank transfer or via an online payment link.

♦ Queen Kenzy tours do not charge a cancellation fee for bookings canceled for ‘force Majeure reasons such as volcanoes, earthquakes, or reasons beyond control.

♦ If cancellation occurs due to personal or business reasons and Queen Kenzy tours has already incurred non-refundable costs for your bookings such as flight tickets or train tickets etc., these costs will be charged to you.

- Up to 48 hours prior to the start of your booking: no cancellation fee unless non-refundable costs have been incurred.

- less than 48 hours up to 24 hours prior to the start of your booking: 50% of the booking fees will be charged;

- less than 24 hours prior to the start of your booking: 100% of the booking fees will be charged.
